The Zicklin School of Business is the largest collegiate school of business in the nation and the only school in the City University of New York system that offers business programs accredited by the AACSB - Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. The School consistently receives high rankings for its degree programs from well-regarded publications like Forbes, U.S. News & World Report, Crain’s, The Princeton Review, and Accounting Today. The School houses the Wasserman Trading Floor, the only full-featured simulated trading environment of its kind in New York City and one of only a few in the nation. The Zicklin School is also home to the City University's PhD in business and offers a joint degree program leading to the JD/MBA degrees in conjunction with both Brooklyn Law School and The New York Law School.

The New York University College of Dentistry offers graduate programs and clinical training in dentistry.HistoryThe College of Dentistry was founded in 1865 as the "New York College of Dentistry." It merged with NYU in 1925. NYUCD is the third oldest and the largest dental school in the United States. In 1957 the College moved into its present home on First Avenue, which in 1965 was named the K. B. Weissman Clinical Science Building. In 1978 the Arnold and Marie Schwartz Hall of Dental Sciences was completed. In 1987 New York University dedicated the David B. Kriser Dental Center. In 2001 two preclinical simulation labs opened. The two 13000sqft laboratories provide cutting-edge technology to teach preclinical sciences. In 2002, the Leonard I. Bluestone Center for Clinical Research opened - the only dental school-based research center that provides beds for 24-hour patient monitoring. In fall of 2005, NYU's Division of Nursing moved from the Steinhardt School of Education to form the College of Nursing within the College of Dentistry. In 2015 a new joint 170,000 square foot building for Dentistry, Nursing, and the Bioengineering Institute was opened. The same fall, the College of Dentistry, the College of Nursing and the newly created College of Global Public Health became part of a collaborative entity known as the Faculty of Health, though with each of the schools maintaining their separate identities and independence. In aggregate, the College of Dentistry occupies 27 floors distributed among five buildings.FacilitiesThe College of Dentistry is located on First Avenue between East 24th and 26th Streets, about 6 blocks south of the NYU School of Medicine. The College's facilities include the Schwartz Hall of Dental Sciences, the K. B. Weissman Clinical Science Building, the new 13 floor interdisciplinary building at 433 First Avenue, four newly renovated floors at 137 25th Street, and one floor at 380 First Avenue. These house classrooms, patient clinics, research and teaching facilities, and administrative offices, as well as a state-of-the-art Learning Commons for dentistry, dental hygiene, nursing, and engineering students and an Executive Conference Suite. Clinical facilities include 506 dental operatories. The operatories are designed in modules, each containing a waiting room, offices, X-ray facilities, and a seminar room for instruction and consultation. These facilities enable the College to provide oral health care for thousands of New Yorkers.

Friends Seminary is a private day school in Manhattan. The school, the oldest continuously coeducational school in New York City, serves 761 college-bound day students in Kindergarten through Grade 12. The school's mission is to prepare students "not only for the world that is, but to help them bring about the world that ought to be." It is guided by a service mission statement and a diversity mission statement. Friends is a member of New York's Independent School Diversity Network, and diversity is a key part of its educational philosophy.Currently, Robert "Bo" Lauder is principal, the school's 35th. Lauder came to Friends in the fall of 2002 after serving as Upper School Head at Sidwell Friends School in Washington, D.C.HistoryFriends Seminary, established by members of the Religious Society of Friends, whose members are known as Quakers, was founded in 1786 as Friends' Institute through a $10,000 bequest of Robert Murray, a wealthy New York merchant. It was located on Pearl Street in Manhattan and strived to provide Quaker children with a "guarded education." In 1826, the school was moved to a larger campus on Elizabeth Street. Tuition in that year was $10 or less per annum, except for the oldest students, whose families paid $20. (By 1915, tuition had risen to $250.) The school again moved in 1860 to its current location and changed its name to Friends Seminary.In 1878, Friends Seminary was one of the earliest of schools to establish a Kindergarten. In 1925, it was the first private co-educational school to hire a full-time psychologist. M. Scott Peck, who transferred to Friends from Phillips Exeter in late 1952, praised the school's diversity and nurturing atmosphere. "While at Friends," he wrote, "I awoke each morning eager for the day ahead... t Exeter, I could barely crawl out of bed."

The Stern College for Women is the undergraduate women's college of arts and sciences of Yeshiva University. It is located at the university's Israel Henry Beren Campus in the Murray Hill section of Manhattan.The college provides programs in the sciences, social sciences, humanities, and Jewish studies, along with combined degree programs in dentistry, physical therapy, and engineering, among others. It grants the bachelor of arts degree, and also awards the Associate of Arts degree in Hebrew language, literature, and culture. SCW's dual undergraduate curriculum includes the Basic Jewish Studies Program, a one- to two-year introduction to Bible, Jewish law, and Hebrew that allows students without traditional yeshiva or day school backgrounds to be integrated into SCW's regular Jewish studies courses. The Rebecca Ivry Department of Jewish Studies offers courses ranging from elementary to advanced levels in Bible, Hebrew, Jewish history, Jewish philosophy, and Jewish laws and customs. The S. Daniel Abraham Honors Program stresses writing, critical analysis, cultural enrichment, individual mentoring, and the development of leadership skills.SCW was established in 1954, based on a gift from the late industrialist Max Stern. Today it serves more than 2,000 students from approximately two dozen U.S. states and a similar number of nations, including students registered at Syms School of Business.
