Celebrity chef, television personality and best-selling author, Giada De Laurentiis brings her extensive culinary experience to Las Vegas with her first restaurant. Located on the second floor of the Cromwell, Giada will be its exclusive marquee restaurant. Inspired by Giada’s personality and style, the restaurant will offer a modern, yet sleek design with clean lines and pops of color. The restaurant features a comfortable, warm and welcoming charm, open kitchen, living room-style furniture, and giant retractable windows which open to the strip to provide natural light, breathtaking views, and a unique energy reflective of Giada. The al fresco dining, beautiful exhibition kitchen, and signature antipasto bar welcome guests as they arrive into the restaurant where skilled chefs prepare fresh pasta, antipasto platters, and thinly shave prosciutto to order. The cuisine will embrace her birthplace of Rome, mirroring her passion for Italian cooking with vibrant, Californian influences made famous in her cookbooks. Signature dishes such as lemon spaghetti, eggplant rollatini, marsala herb chicken meatballs and lemon ricotta cookies will be available to guests daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Mon Ami Gabi is an authentic turn-of-the-century Parisian bistro serving French classics like Steak Frites, Onion Soup Au Gratin, Trout Amandine and Escargots de Bourgogne. To complement the menu, an extensive selection of more than 80 boutique French wine varietals, handpicked by renowned chef and owner Gabino Sotelino, are served by the glass or bottle from our signature rolling wine cart. Cooking classes, seasonal chef dinners, wine tastings and catering services for parties of all sizes complete the offerings.

Gordon Ramsay BurGR at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, a play on Gordon's initials, focuses on traditional burgers, fries and milkshakes, with an extra special touch and using the best ingredients. The gourmet beef patties will be cooked over an open flame using prime cuts of meat. The milkshakes combine traditional shake ingredients with creamy pudding for an indulgent dessert experience and the drinks menu features an extensive selection of cocktails as well as craft and bottled beers.
Chayo Mexican Kitchen + Tequila Bar opened on Wednesday, Jan. 1, as one of the first venues at the much-anticipated Caesars Entertainment development, The LINQ. The high-energy retail, dining and entertainment district introduces a new concept in Mexican dining, combining a DJ, mechanical bull, a vast tequila and cocktail selection and a blend of authentic and innovative Mexican fare by Executive Chef Ernesto Zendejas. Located just steps away from the Las Vegas Strip with direct access from The Quad Resort & Casino, Chayo is situated near the beginning of The LINQ corridor, which leads to the Las Vegas High Roller Observation Wheel, offering unobstructed views of the world’s largest observation wheel. The expansive ground-level patio is framed by lush trees and leads to the main dining room with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open up to create an indoor-outdoor space. Once inside, a custom-made, highly-stylized mechanical bull stands as Chayo’s mascot and the centerpiece to the 12,000-square-foot room. Nicknamed “Chayo,” the bull tempts guests to take tequila-fueled rides set to music by a DJ playing an eclectic party mix.
