Opened in 1990, with more than 100 professional meeting planners working together with architects to design every aspect of the building, the result was simple; a sensible, state-of-the-art facility with easy traffic flow and everything you need in a stunningly beautiful building in the heart of downtown Denver. Expanded in 2005, well-known as one of the most practical and “user friendly” meeting facilities, the Colorado Convention Center is now home to over 250 events annually. Beta Nightclub’s audio, visual, lighting and effects system is designed to complement the DJ and nightlife experience. With multiple innovations and constant evolution of the nightly production elements, we strive to bring a full sensory experience to all of our customers. We are GREEN! We designed Beta to be as environmentally friendly as possible. The Beatport Lounge is 100% green and not just the color. The whole club was designed with this in mind by using sustainable products. Since our grand opening, we’ve made it a point to reduce, reuse, reclaim, recycle and use sustainable materials throughout Beta. We also institute a recycling program for our output by installing recycle centers at major traffic points in the club so that patrons can discard glass, plastic, aluminum and paper products appropriately for our environment. As our slogan states, Beta Nightclub is the definition of “Club Culture Evolving”. At no point in time are we 100% complete, projects are constantly in the works while new ones are being brainstormed. The Ellie Caulkins Opera House, which opened on September 10, 2005, is located in Denver, Colorado as part of the large Denver Performing Arts Complex. It seats 2,225. The Caulkins family pledged $7 million towards the enhancement of the lyric opera house and adjacent public spaces which were constructed inside of the Newton Auditorium.History of the theatreThe Municipal Auditorium, the largest in America except for Madison Square Garden in New York, was completed in time to host the Democratic National Convention in 1908. Mayor Speer and the Chamber of Commerce raised $100,000 to celebrate the July 7 grand opening of the Auditorium with Denver's first national political convention, when William Jennings Bryan was nominated to run for President for the third time.Originally, the building was a multi-purpose structure: it accommodated concerts, operas, theatrical shows, conventions, basketball, auto shows and even circuses, with flags flying from its domes and light bulbs outlining its pediments, cornice, and corners. The proscenium of the original building was designed to be portable so as to create different-sized spaces for different events. When the proscenium was in place, the building was a 3,326 seat theatre with an extraordinarily large back stage area. When the proscenium was raised, increasing the seating capacity to 12,000, the stage and backstage area became large enough to hold circuses and rodeos.For several years in the 1920s and 30s, Music Week was an annual event in Denver. Various communities of the state presented musical programs and most of the performances were in the Auditorium. An opera or operetta was commonly included in the offerings.In 1921, a company of Denver musicians performed Flotow's Martha in May; of special historical significance was the fact that the two performances were broadcast by radio station 9ZAF, the first time ever that a full-length opera was broadcast.

The Savoy at Curtis Park occupies the second floor of a landmark Victorian building. Built in 1887 and residing in the historic Curtis Park Neighborhood, the second floor was used as a private social club with a dance floor/social space, lobby, and lounge. Today, it remains as one of the few surviving spaces of its kind in the city of Denver. A short walk from Coors Field, adjacent to the RiNo Arts and Entertainment District, the building was renovated in 2001. In 2012 the second floor was restored to its original configuration and the maple and cherry wood floors were returned to their original luster. The room and the lounge retain their original pressed tin ceilings and both spaces are illuminated by the original nine foot windows that offer city and mountain views. We train barefoot, have unique equipment and have qualified trainers who possess the knowledge to make it all happen. *FIT circuits are structured by way of a 36 minute circuit training routine that rotates through a series of stations combining aerobic and resistance exercises. The aerobic activities include a krankcycle, a rower and a spin bike as well as modified plyometrics. The resistance routines incorporate kettlebells, resistance bands, suspension training and body weight exercises. The routines are monitored indoors and out, using state of the art heart rate technology. The changes every other week to prevent physical plateau and mental boredom.
