I will sit down with you and discuss what you envision your training to be. Once we know your goals we can discuss the best course of action for you to safely accomplish them. As your personal trainer, I am committed to helping you reach the goals you come in with and the goals you develop along the way; though it doesn’t matter what your goals are the MOST important part of reaching your goals is YOUR commitment and the accountability I will provide you.
