GAMEWORKS GAME CARD GIVEAWAY RULES
GameWorks fans will be able to participate in a timeline contest for a chance to win a $10 GameWorks Game Card during Spring Break 2016.

By participating in this giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS GIVEAWAY.
ENTRY: No purchase necessary to enter or win. Contestants will enter by leaving a comment in the comment section of the post during the week of March 21-25, 2016. Only one entry per person, per post is accepted.
Disclaimer. ELIGIBILITY: This giveaway is open only to U.S residents, over the age of 18. Employees of GAMEWORKS (along with its contractors, affiliates and subsidiaries) are not eligible. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Offer void in Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, and where prohibited by law. Contestants residing in those areas where the giveaway is void may participate in the giveaway but may not win any prizes.
WINNER SELECTION: One (1) winner will be drawn at random on Friday, March 25, 2016 at 5:00 PST while the contest lasts. Contest ends on Friday, March 25, 2016.
PRIZES: One (1) winner will receive one (1) GameWorks Game Card valued at $10. Prize is not redeemable for cash value.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified within one (1) day after the determination date.
CONTENT RESTRICTIONS:
• The Submission must not contain material that violates, misappropriates, or infringes upon any law or regulation or the rights of any third party, including any copyright, trademark, or any rights of publicity or privacy, or any other intellectual property or proprietary rights;
• The Submission must not disparage any person or entity;
• The Submission must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene hateful, tortious, and/or defamatory;
• The Submission must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and
• The Submission must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any jurisdiction where Submission is created.
GENERAL RELEASE: By entering the giveaway, you release GAMEWORKS and all Released Parties from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the giveaway or delivery, mis-delivery, acceptance, possession, or use of or inability to use any Prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.
