The Marmara-Manhattan offers deluxe, turn-key, urban living in a serene, sophisticated environment. There are elegantly furnished one, two and three-bedroom deluxe suites and studios providing the comfort and convenience of a fine home with in-room business facilities such as fax machines and Internet access. The spacious accommodations, which include fully equipped kitchens, are all custom designed. Each suite has a distinctive character and floor plan. The Bed & Breakfast is located in our 93rd Street Townhouse, between 5th and Madison Ave. A classic New York Brownstone, the building is over 150 years old. Fully renovated and very secure, the house is on a tree-lined block between Fifth and Madison Avenues just two minutes from the reservoir and running track in Central Park. We have four large Victorian suites with en suite bathrooms, three with Jacuzzi tubs and a full one-bedroom apartment with full kitchen and bathroom. All of our rooms have wireless internet access and premium cable. Carnegie Hill is a landmark historic neighborhood on the fashionable Upper-East Side. Our block on 93rd street is one of the quietest residential blocks in Manhattan. It is lines with trees and many of the buildings boast miniature gardens in front, and ivy-covered facades. A security guard patrols the block at all hours. Madison Avenue has many small, top-class restaurants and exquisite boutiques; while around the corner is picturesque Fifth Avenue. We are located in the center of the famous Museum Mile. Within a five-minute walk you can visit the Guggenheim, the Cooper Hewitt and the grandest of all, the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Every service you need from drug store to dry cleaner is at your doorstep, many of whom will deliver to your door. Travel around New York City is very easy. Just four blocks from the subway station, and from there the entire city is minutes away. Up, down, and cross-town busses are even closer, and taxis are always easily obtainable. There are plenty of garages in the neighborhood for guests who wish to drive to the city. The Barnes, Madeline, Cecilia, can each accommodate 3 people, and the Mackenzie can accommodate 2 couples and one extra. The Fox Suite accommodates 2 people. For more budget conscious travelers, the Irene can accommodate a couple in a queen sized bed, while the Lorraine can have a king sized bed or 2 twins, accommodating 2 people.
