Studio No. 7 is a flexible creative space in downtown Atlanta. We house an art gallery, cafe, bar and two outdoor spaces. Our eclectic venue is used for corporate mixers, product launches, weddings and other events that are looking for a unique environment. Founded in 1973 as Nexus, a grassroots artists’ cooperative, Atlanta Contemporary has since become one of the southeast’s leading contemporary art centers. We play a vital role in Atlanta’s cultural landscape by presenting six–10 exhibitions within four seasonal cycles each year, featuring consequential artists from the local, national, and international art scenes. We are one of the few local institutions that commissions new works by artists, paying particular attention to artists of note who have not had a significant exhibition in the Southeast. We organize 50+ diverse educational offerings annually, unrivaled by other local organizations of our size. We are the only local organization to provide on-site subsidized studio space to working artists through our Studio Artist Program, removing cost as a barrier to the creative process.

The DIY styled art space features a variety of artists, while maintaining a focus on spotlighting new work by local emerging talent. In addition to the gallery space, Beep Beep also organized Artlantis , an annual arts and music festival in Poncey-Highland, and Four Coats , an annual mural project with galleries Whitespace , Marcia Wood and Get This! . Over the span of ten years we’ve been written about in a number of local and national publications including the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Paste Magazine, Art Voices, Indie Travel Guide Amerika (based in Germany) and been named Best Gallery and Best Gallery Spotlighting Local Artists (Creative Loafing), and Best Indie Gallery (Atlanta Magazine). The gallery closed in December of 2015.

Gallery 72 is a municipally owned art gallery located in the heart of downtown Atlanta. The Gallery is located in the lobby of City owned 72 Marietta street building. It is free and open to the public to access.
