PEDAL will promote bicycle safety and establish a network of donors to offer safe cycling equipment to children in need. PEDAL will host youth cycle rallies to encourage harmony in our beloved city. Offering after school, weekend and summer programs, PEDAL will provide a safe environment for urban youth. PEDAL will help to connect the Great River Greenway bicycle trails to area youth, providing a lasting respect and love of the trails for generations to come. Bicycles will bring them in, the Bluffs will make them love it!
