Bao Quach and Hugo Vargas have combined forces to form Rounders MMA & Boxing. Bao Quach is a professional fighter with a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Bao has fought in over 30 MMA fights and has over 12 years experience in coaching MMA. Hugo Vargas is a professional & amateur boxing coach. Hugo has over 18 years experience training champions and amateurs. He is the Pro Boxing trainer at Rounders MMA and runs the entire boxing program. Fitness kickboxing is the number one fat burner with up to 1,200 calories burned during a one-hour class. At CKO Kickboxing - North Tustin, you’ll be burning fat and toning up by punching and kicking a hanging heavy bag. The resistance from hitting a hanging heavy bag burns more calories and tones your muscles up faster than if you were just punching and kicking the air. We keep the punches and kicks basic to focus on the fitness aspect of the workout rather than the martial art itself. Since the class is for both beginners and advanced members, it’s geared for each member to go at your own pace and build up your pace each class. Unlike the fitness kickboxing classes offered at other gyms where all you hit is air, CKO Kickboxing uses REAL heavy bags to give you REAL results! Services and Descriptions Corrective Exercise We move because we can, and we move because we must. Life is movement and by moving correctly we can continue to do the things that we enjoy in life. Corrective Exercise is a scientifically structured exercise program, designed to restore and maintain posture and body movement mechanics. Everyone can benefit from Corrective Exercise, and each person is given a personalized program based upon their needs and goals - no cookie cutter programs here! The Corrective Exercise program focuses much effort on technique - without it, there is little benefit to movement. By incorporating the “Three I’s” of exercise, each client is able to attain proper posture and function of the body. Those “I’s” are: “Isolate then Integrate” - the abdominal core must be be able to function in an isolated state, then appropriately taught to work at greater and more integrated capacities. “Integrate in order to Improve” - as we move throughout the day, dozens of muscles are being used in synchronicity, therefore we must exercise in a way that respects the true movement patterns of the body. “Information for the Individual” - as mentioned above, each Corrective Exercise program is tailored to your needs and goals. The Corrective Exercise Program works well with any other therapy or exercise program that you may be enrolled in.
