The peaceful, stress-free atmosphere is conducive to whole body healing. Dr. Linda is advanced certified with Activator Methods providing a gentle, specific, full body adjustment to correct mis-alignments within the spinal column which interfere with the expression of the body's innate wisdom. Chiropractic is an art and science which has nothing to do with the treatment of symptoms although the symptoms will go away when the body is working without interference. We re-connect people with their body – people who get adjusted regularly seem to understand their body better; they know when they need to get adjusted. . .when “it just doesn’t feel right”. We also help people understand that their thoughts not only affect but often cause issues in their body. We are proud to connect people with other people, businesses, and services they need. Dr. Linda is available for educational presentations in the St. Louis area.
Neurofeedback is a research based practice that helps to reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy and more. It is a type of biofeedback that measures brain waves to produce a signal that can be used as feedback on brain activity to teach self-regulation.
