RE-THINKING IRISH - Fadó is a reflection of its birthplace, Dublin, and the city has changed. With more international influences, Ireland’s capital has become a multicultural hub. Pubs there are tapping into that diversity with new dishes, new flavors and spice, and fresh ingredients. Pub food hasn’t gotten fancy, but it has become more compelling. It’s that vision of Dublin that drives us and our goal to exceed that standard. As a result, you’ll see pub classics next to new dishes with new flavor profiles and ingredients. As the culinary bar rises, we’ll rise along with it. Expect a different Irish tale. We hope you enjoy. Hit us up on the social nets @FadoPhilly to let us know what you think. Please follow us @fadophilly on Snaphat & Instagram for sneak peak action of the fantastic new food & drink offerings coming your way!

Third-generation owner Sam Mink continues his family's tradition, while keeping things feeling current. From classic chilled New England-style Lobster Roll and satisfying Surf & Turf entrees to $28 Dump Dinners perfect for groups, the new-fashioned seafood spot is heaven on earth for fish fans. The restaurant, designed around a central raw bar, serves the city’s most extensive selection of oysters on the half shell with an ever-changing list focused on local varieties from along the mid-Atlantic up to New England and Canada.

When we opened the first Marathon in 1984, our goal was simple: to provide the neighborhood with the highest quality fresh food at an excellent value. The seeds we planted in our 10-seat burger joint in Northeast Philadelphia have grown into what Marathon is today. Today, our talented team of chefs share the same core principles of consistency, a focus on freshness, and sourcing the best seasonal products available. We continue to be a locally owned and operated restaurant group and pour ourselves into the daily operations of three busy restaurants. We still have the same drive and passion we did when it all began. We believe in adopting new trends as well as creating our own. More then ever, we believe in building neighborhoods and creating community through great food, sincere service, and a love of warm and interesting spaces. We take great pride in being part of Philadelphia's landscape and feel deeply rooted in our community. We personally believe in the buy local movement and do our best to participate in it. For us, it is all about creating relationships and building strong partnerships through our metal-smiths to the mural artists we work with to make our spaces feel better to the farmers we buy from, and urban-farms we hope to build. We very much appreciate your business and hope you appreciate what we set out to do each day. We are a company that takes pride in growing, learning, and evolving. If you ever have comments, complaints or suggestions please reach out to us. We'd love to hear from you.

Some of the best memories are made at the breakfast table. And for more than 50 years, millions of people have made those memories at IHOP.
Sam's Morning Glory Diner was established in 1997 and began the brunch craze in Philadelphia. Located in South Philly in the Bella Vista neighborhood this is not your pappy's diner. The ambience is eclectic and warm, the coffee's hot and we're always cooking. The difference between MoGlo and other restaurants is our food is REAL- fresh and made from scratch. Come visit... Santucci's Original Square Pizza was founded by the late Joseph and Philomena Santucci. Their incredible story began on 10th and Carpenter in South Philadelphia. In 1959, they moved to Northeast Philadelphia and opened the very first Santucci's Original Square Pizza on "O" Street in Juniata Park. Their dream was to build a strong family business they could eventually leave to their children. Their son, Frank Santucci took over the family business and has maintained the name and the quality of the pizza for the past thirty six years. My grandmother always dreamed of a Santucci's Pizza in the neighborhood where she was raised and started her family. I love my grandmother more than words can say, so Grand-mom, I hope you're watching, this one is for you. Alicia Santucci (Grand-daughter of founders, Joe and Philomena Santucci)
