As consultants, EHT Traceries provides information about and strategic advice on the preservation of historic and cultural resources. With more than 30 years of experience, EHT Traceries has developed an extensive collection of data and expertise concerning a wide range of building types dating from the 18th century to today. Most notably, the firm's work has included residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, religious, agrarian, and public structures. In addition, EHT Traceries has authored a great number and variety of documents including local, state, and National Register landmark and historic district nominations, as well as National Historic Landmark applications, multiple property documentation, historic structures reports, survey documentation, preservation plans, and building evaluations. For this work, the firm employs computer databases and programs in innovative ways for recordation, digitized imaging, comparative analysis, evaluation, and management of building elements. While EHT Traceries focuses primarily on the built environment of the Washington, DC, greater metropolitan area, the firm also applies its knowledge and experience to other urban and rural settings throughout the United States with similar development patterns. Bright Horizons at 1111 Pennsylvania Avenue provides care for 120 full-time children ages 6 weeks to 6 years and also incorporates a Back-Up Program for Infants through School Age. The center is a state-of-the-art facility designed with the highest standards of health and safety for children. We look forward to meeting you and your family as we acquaint you with our Child Care and Early Education Center. We are closed 8 days a year so that our teachers and staff can enjoy some time with their own families. The center is closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, MLK Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day.
