Knockout Fitness, located in the heart of Federal Hill, offers a variety of classes designed to help members their reach desired fitness goals. We have a unique boxing program as well as women's only classes, kids classes, and private sessions. Knockout Fitness is a fitness center designed to help members achieve fitness goals. We offer a variety of classes and training programs built for weight loss, strength building, core work, athletic enhancement, boxing competition, and confidence. Some of the classes we offer are box-fit (an hour workout that uses boxing training in combination with circuit training to burn calories and tone muscle. Also offer boxing 101 to learn boxing basics and fundamental technique. Spartan class is an advanced training class for athletes. Our facility is clean and comes with male and female bathrooms (both have showers). Our workouts are unique and never get boring. We also provide training for individuals looking to compete or spar. I am Kadeem Clifton, owner and certified trainer of Komplete Fitness LLC. I am a graudate from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in Exercise Science. I have a diverse background in health and fitness. I am an experienced strength and conditioning coach and I have had the opportunity to work with Division 1 Collegiate level athletes. Most recently I served as a rehabilitation technician. I had the pleasure of working alongside a great team of phyiscal therapist and received great knowledge and training in injury prevention and rehabilitation. My wide variety of experience and exposure in the health and fitness arenas have helped me tremendously. I am able to combine different methods of training to help indiviuals reach their greatest level of physical fitness. At Komplete Fitness I stand by the saying "Get Fit. Live Healthy. Be Well Rounded" With my functional lifting style of training I can help individuals complete daily task efficiently while also eating clean through proper nutrition.
