The Bill Graham Civic Auditorium is a multi-purpose arena in San Francisco, California, named after promoter Bill Graham. The arena holds 7,000 people. It was designed by renowned Bay Area architect John Galen Howard and built in 1915 as part of the Panama–Pacific International Exposition.The 1920 Democratic National Convention was held in the hall, and it was the home of the San Francisco Warriors of the National Basketball Association from 1964 to 1967. The World Cyber Games 2004 were held in the civic auditorium.In 1992, the San Francisco Board of Supervisors voted to rename the San Francisco Civic Auditorium after the rock concert impresario Bill Graham, who had died the year before in a helicopter crash.The arena has hosted concerts by many famous artists, spanning many different genres. It is owned by the City of San Francisco and since 2010 has been operated by Another Planet Entertainment, generating about $100,000 in leasing revenue for the city annually.

The Great American Music Hall is a concert hall in San Francisco, California. It is located on O'Farrell Street in the Tenderloin neighborhood on the same block as the Mitchell Brothers O'Farrell Theater. It is known for its decorative balconies, columns, and frescoes and for its history of unique entertainment, which has included burlesque dancing as well as jazz, folk music, and rock'n'roll concerts. The capacity of the hall is 600 people.HistoryBlanco's and Music BoxThe hall was established in 1907 during the period of rebuilding that followed the 1906 earthquake. Its interior was designed by a French architect. It was originally called Blanco's, after a notorious Barbary Coast house of prostitution.In 1936, Sally Rand, known for her fan dance and bubble dance acts, acquired the property and branded it the Music Box. It closed with the end of World War II, reopened in 1948 as a jazz club that reused the name Blanco's, and in the 1950s the building was used by members of the Loyal Order of the Moose. The venue went into a long decline that nearly resulted in the demolition of the building.

Built in 1927, the Nourse Theater is a landmark venue located in the heart of San Francisco’s performing arts district (across the street from Davies Hall musicians’ entrance). The hall has been closed to the public for over thirty years. In 2012, City Arts & Lectures began a restoration project and brought the theater back to public use in 2013. The hall features excellent acoustics, a well-designed layout offering unobstructed views throughout the orchestra and balcony, and original architectural details. City Arts & Lectures has refurbished the 1,689-seat hall, installing state of the art lighting and high quality sound equipment including Meyer speakers, new curtains, plush upholstered seats, newly decorated green room, and a dressing room. Located in the historic Mission District of San Francisco, the ornate and stately Victoria Theatre, seats 480. The theatre, built in 1908 as a vaudeville house, is now a city landmark and the oldest operating theatre in San Francisco. Originally called Brown's Opera House, it was operated as a vaudeville showcase by the ancestors of two California governors. The theatre drew crowds who delighted in observing the grand performances of international stars who came to San Francisco. As cinema began to displace live on-stage entertainment, the character of the Victoria Theatre began to change. In the 1930's, it became a motion picture house offering dishware door prizes to entice movie goers. In the 1950's the Victoria Theatre was renamed El Teatro Victoria, showing Spanish-language films for the growing Latino community in the area. In the 1960's, under the name New Follies, the theatre became a burlesque house and closed in 1976. The Victoria Theatre lay dormant for two years. After a year of reconstruction, the theatre was refurbished from top to bottom and now is restored to its original intent and grandeur. You can see everything here. Locally produced plays such as the San Francisco premier of Hedwig and the Angry Inch which ran for six months, concerts, film festivals (the theatre has video and 35mm with Dolby Pro Logic Surround Sound), musicals, international performing companies and many other kinds of performances. Many personalities have appeared at the theatre through its long and colorful history, including Whoopi Goldberg, Bill Irwin, Donald O'Conner, Michael Moore, Mae "Come up and see me sometime" West, and many others. Several filmmakers have used the site to shoot their films. The Herbst Theatre is an auditorium in the War Memorial and Performing Arts Center in Civic Center in San Francisco, California, United States. A full day of activity is planned for the St. Patrick’s Day Festival at Civic Center Plaza and on Grove Street, from Polk to Larkin Streets. The colorful festivities surrounding the parade will showcase Irish culture through live performances and entertainment, arts and crafts exhibitors, food and beverage concessions, children’s rides and inflatables, and non-profits booths representing the Irish community. The Festival will take place before, during and after the Parade on Saturday. I started DJ'ing as a kid with two boom boxes, cassette mixtapes, a deep love for music, and an imaginary microphone. Turntablism and DJ'ing as an art form came into the picture after completing a term in the Air Force, when I expanded my love for music and worked my way through college DJ'ing and doing voiceover. That's where I earned a B.A. in Film & Audio Production, and I then went on to become a certified Audio Recording Engineer. Over the past 12+ years, DJ'ing has brought me to many amazing locations & events in California, Hawaii, NYC and abroad, like opening up for the B-52's, to block parties spanning an entire city block of San Francisco. I'm based out of San Francisco & Hawaii, and I fly wherever the wind will take me. I have a vast knowledge of music and a knack for reading crowds to decide what to play next. As an open format DJ, I can incorporate many different styles of music into my clients' dance parties. If I'm throwing a party of my own it often involves 6 main styles of music: Funk, Soul, Latin, Old School Hip Hop, EDM (Electronic), and Reggae. My top 3 favorite music festivals in the US are Symbiosis, Reggae on the River, and Burning Man. But whatever the type of music is that I'm playing, I believe people are energy, and I use music to bring an inner peace to people and an overall feeling of alive-ness… My sets usually include pre-recorded artists, but I often include a live component as well where I might create live remixes, mashups, and even original creations. When it comes to private events like club rentals, weddings, corporate parties etc, I love each and every one of my clients, and thrive on making meaningful connections with them. You won't hear me on the mic too often, but when its helpful I can MC to help keep the flow feeling organic. The rest of the time I let the music do the talking. I believe every event is unique and use my adaptability to create parties that represent the mood, feeling and natural vibration of the people & places involved.
