Specialized in individual pastries like mixed fruit tarts, éclairs, Napoleon, tiramisu, chocolate mousse cake, rose raspberry French macarons and princess cakes, just to name a few. Created by Pastry Chef Samer Salman, who comes from Jerusalem, has been making pastries since the age of 15. He started working at the well acclaimed 5 star King David Hotel in Jerusalem City and then moved to the La Rome Hotel before moving to the California. Bonjour Patisserie also offers brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am-2:30 PM.
