Here's my story . . . I'm a licensed esthetician and have been doing skin care in Las Vegas for over 5 years. Thanks to the continued support of my amazing clientele, I am now in business for myself as an independent esthetician. I started my esthetic career by attending the Aveda Institute where shortly after graduating I went right onto the floor in a boutique hotel spa, next a casino hotel spa and the found my niche in a local spa called Ritual where I've been for the last 3 years. Working in the hotel spa industry taught me a lot about customer service and standards, but most importantly that I wanted to do treatments rather than services. The difference between the two is that a service is focused more on relaxation while a treatment is focused more on results while still maintaining the relaxation aspect. I wanted to get to know my clients, understand what they wanted to accomplish with their skin and customize a regimen to help them achieve it in the way they were comfortable whether it be with an organic line, a clinical line, microdermabrasion, chemical peels or waxing.
