A place for Lindbergh High School students to come for guidance and assistance with any aspect of the writing process. Teachers and peer tutors in the Lindbergh Writing Center work with students on brainstorming, outlines, editing, thesis statements, organization, style, idea development, MLA formatting, and much more! The LWC is open Monday - Friday all seven class periods. In addition, Mrs. Rapp will be in Room 129 Tuesdays and Thursdays after school from 2:30-3:30 for After School Instruction help in English. At After School Instruction (ASI) you can also serve detention or attendance makeup hours. Students looking to use the LWC can stop by, make an appointment, and get a pass to come during their Learning Lab. Teachers can also write students a pass to come to the LWC at anytime.

Early Childhood Education at Lindbergh Schools is comprised of PAT, preschool and before and after school programs. Our main ECE Center, on Lindbergh Blvd, provides full day preschool as well as morning and afternoon classes for early childhood special education. ECE West, located on the Truman Middle School campus, provides part day preschool and morning and afternoon classes for early childhood special education. PAT events occur at both locations. Flyers' Club, the before and after school program, operates at each Lindbergh elementary school.

Katie Therina has been a part of Lindbergh Early Childhood Education since 2008 and has been teaching in the Monkey Room since 2010. She is certified in birth through sixth grade and received her bachelor's degree in education with a teaching certificate for early childhood and elementary education from Southeast Missouri State University. Lisa Janis has been teaching in the Lion Room at Lindbergh Early Childhood Education since 1993. She received her bachelor's degree in child and family development from Truman State University and her teaching certificate and master's degree in early childhood education from Webster University. Lisa is trained in Project Construct Curriculum. She is also CPR and First-Aid certified.
