St. Louis Foodies is a site where I will spotlight various restaurants/bistros/cafes for natives and visitors to expand their food ventures as well as try new things. We will also provide occasional nutritional info from our in house Nutritionist and we will have STL Foodie outings beginning in 2012. We can assist with evet planning, marketing various restaurant /food businesses. Business suggestion catering is available along with concierge consultation for those out of town visitors and business guests. Healthy eating for chronic diseases is a platform in which our Nutritionist is passionate about. We do "SMACK REVIEWS" . The scale is based on 1-5 SMACKS. 5 SMACKS= Excellent! Food and atmosphere is great! Must go back very soon and tell everyone that it has the "wow" factor! 4 SMACKS= Very Good food. Will recommend. 3 SMACKS= Good food. No real rush to return, but will tell others to check out for themselves. 2 SMACKS= Ok food. Lacking the "wow" factor. 1 SMACK= Not very good . Uneventful.
