The Double Play has been a San Francisco Gem since it opened across the street from the old San Francisco Seals Stadium in 1909!! You will enjoy all the sports memorabilia from local and national teams as well as our delicious Italian-American inspired menu. The Box Factory is an art, music and culture space in the heart of San Francisco's most hip and upcoming arts Mission District.

Workspace is a beautiful old industrial building converted into an arts facility. More than 22 artists now work in the building, in a range of diverse mediums.

Theatre of Yugen is a San Francisco based ensemble of artists from North America, Europe, and Asia who create works of world theater influenced by the classical Japanese dramatic forms of Noh and Kyogen. Whether the subject matter of our shows is classical or contemporary, and whether our performance is primarily serious or comic, we strive to project the aesthetic quality of yugen, or mysterious elegance, which gives our work a distinctive style and provides a unique experience to our audience. Our ensemble members receive training in the traditional Japanese Noh and Kyogen forms. We also engage with colleagues in the experimental arts community and incorporate other diverse performance styles and artistic media into our work. We are proud to have been part of the San Francisco arts scene for more than thirty years and to have established a national and international reputation through tours across the United States, Europe, and the Far East. Theatre of Yugen is supported by a dedicated staff and an active board of directors.

Toxic Waste Face has been envisioned as a vehicle to collectively examine issues of contemporary gender identity and social performance through explorations of the fantastic and the grotesque. By making use of each artist’s unique talents, we aim to produce multi-media work that defies genre.

Home Street Home is an original rock musical about survival and love among runaway teenagers living on the street. Based on true stories of the authors’ experiences of homelessness and punk culture, the story revolves around Sue, a 16 year old runaway who plunges headfirst into the deviant subculture and alternative lifestyle of the streets. After being adopted into a colorful tribe of homeless teens, Sue finds empowerment, self-realization and acceptance from her new chosen family.

Royce Gallery is an intimate performance gallery in San Francisco’s Mission District. We perform live theater, dance and poetry in an authentic historic warehouse.
