Once a refrigerated food distribution warehouse, City Winery Chicago has transformed a 1911 building into a haven for those who are passionate about wine, music and culinary arts. Built with re-used material, such as the original wood beams, masonry and brick, this fully functional winery, restaurant and concert venue has become a focal point of West Loop nightlife. City Winery hosts wine making classes, wine dinners and tastings, intimate music concerts, private events and offers shared plates dining. A patio is open during the summer months. City Winery Chicago was honored with a 2013 vision award by the Urban Land Institute Chicago, attributed to a unique design and adaptive re-use of the 33,000 square foot, 100-year old building. City Winery has locations in NYC, Chicago, Nashville, and Atlanta.
An homage to oysters, pork and beer, The Publican's eclectic menu is inspired by simple farmhouse fare in a space evocative of a European beer hall. Executive Chef Paul Kahan and Chef de Cuisine Cosmo Goss have developed a network of purveyors to supply the restaurant with hand-selected, sustainably-harvested fish and seafood as well as sustainably-raised heirloom pork to anchor a rustic menu of simple, eclectic fare. The extensive international beer list, developed by partners Eduard Seitan and Terry Alexander, features 100 or so ales, lagers, stouts and ciders by the bottle, 12 of those available on tap. Two expansive bars are helmed by award-winning beverage maven Jess Keane. Representing one of the West Loop’s most innovative beverage programs, Jess' balanced craft cocktails are composed with freshly-pressed juices, herbs sourced daily and spirits pulled from a carefully curated back bar. The menu features a perpetually changing list of House Cocktails, the “Art of the Old Fashioned”, large format “Cocktails as Big as Your Head”, seasonal artisanal beers and wines from small growers around the world. As a restaurant and cocktail bar whose spirit is inspired by art and innovation, Fulton Market Kitchen rotates its various collections regularly and hosts a weekly art series, “5x5”, where customers get a behind-the-scenes look at the live creation of artwork by acclaimed Chicago artists.
Critically acclaimed Blackbird is home base for Executive Chef Paul Kahan, winner of the James Beard Award for Outstanding Chef in 2013 and Best Chef of the Midwest in 2004. Chef de Cuisine Perry Hendrix joined Kahan in the kitchen in 2014, and together they craft elegant and imaginative Midwestern cuisine, showcasing farm-fresh ingredients to create a menu both classic and utterly approachable. Managing Partner and Owner, Donnie Madia and Architect Thomas Schlesser crafted a unique and timeless atmosphere in 1997, earning the James Beard Award for Best Restaurant Design and Best Restaurant Design Graphics in 2002.

We are partnered with Plush Horse Ice Cream out of Palos Park, IL. They are a small independently owned company who has been making handmade ice cream for 75 years. We are privileged to be selling their delicious frozen treats. Sean McGuire, owner, was born and raised in Ireland, in the town of Belmullet, County Mayo.
