Working off the success of Siena Tavern, the latest opening for DineAmic Group is Bar Siena, located in the heart of the up and coming restaurant row of Chicago's West Loop. The two-story, 8,000-square-foot spin-off concept offers a slightly smaller menu than Siena Tavern and rotates more frequently as it focuses on spanning various regions of Italy. The menu also features a more expansive Italian street food and pizza bar component. You can expect a bustling bar vibe upon entrance and a dining scene on the second floor, both connecting in energy and liveliness throughout.

Lou Mitchell's, also known as Lou Mitchell's Restaurant, is a Chicago diner located at 565 W. Jackson Boulevard. It is a popular restaurant for commuters, as it is located near Union Station. It is also located near the start of U.S. Route 66 and was frequented by many people on the start of their journey along the road, earning it the nickname "the first stop on the Mother Road." In May 2002, the Nationwide Route 66 restoration program was launched at Lou Mitchell's. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006.Founded in 1923, Lou Mitchell's is known for handing out fresh donut holes to people waiting in line, boxes of Milk Duds to children, an orange slice and prune for breakfast, and a small cup of ice cream with each meal. Their egg dishes are made using double yolk eggs, which they claim makes the eggs larger and fluffier.Lou Mitchell's has been owned by Heleen Thanasouras. She appeared as the guest judge for the Quickfire Challenge of Episode 11 of Top Chef (season 4), which involved working at "the hull", or egg station, at the restaurant for twenty minutes.In November 2015, Heleen died at age 63.

Paddy O'Fegan's serves over 100 beers, Irish & Canadian whiskies and specialty drinks, along with American traditional and Irish classic cuisine. "Paddy" is first generation Irish. His parents, from Galway Bay, settled on the north side of Chicago where young Paddy was born and raised. He attended Quigley High School and Florida Institute of Technology. He also served two tours with the U.S. Marine Corp in the Middle East. He married late in life because, as Patrick puts it...."it took me a long time to find the woman of my dreams because she had to be imported from Canada!" Cathy was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta in western Canada, and travelled the United States and Europe in her youth as a drummer in a marching band. In college, she majored in Computer Science which opened the door to career opportunities in the States. Shortly after graduating college, she lived on both US coasts before settling in Chicago and becoming a U.S. citizen. Cathy puts things in her own perspective. "I met the man of my dreams in, surprisingly, a local Chicago bar and it was "love at first pint!" They share the dream of Paddy O'Fegan's and make sure their customers and staff have as much fun as they do.
The Izakaya is located on the subterranean level of Momotaro. The Izakaya and its shared-plates pub-inspired menu echoes the Yokocho street scene of Tokyo.
