Workforce development is most effective when it's long-term, intensive, and directly related to specific jobs. Our programs are geared to provide low-wage and unemployed workers stable, secure employment while delivering local businesses qualified workers. The areas of construction, medical, administration, hospitality, IT,energy, and vocational practices are our primary pursuit.

SCOOP (Southeast Community Outreach for Older People) enables the elderly to maintain their independence and maximize their quality of life while remaining in their homes. SCOOP is a non-profit "Faith in Action" organization in Southeast San Antonio, Texas supported entirely by donations from individuals, churches, foundations and grants. We have a small paid staff and many volunteers, who are church and community neighbors, dedicated to serving the seniors through services that help them remain at home.
