This 260,000 square foot, 20-story office building features floor plates of 13,000 square feet with a setback on the 17th floor. Located on the northwest corner of Park Avenue South and 27th Street, 386 Park Avenue South is conveniently located next to the 6 subway, offering subway access directly adjacent to the building's entrance. BUILDING AMENITIES The ornate marble lobby features 10 foot ceiling heights and a side entrance to the Chase Manhattan Bank which serves as the exclusive retail tenant at 386 Park Avenue South. The L shaped concrete encased steel building was built in 1927 and underwent elevator renovations in 1990. Four newly modernized elevators service the 20-story building, in addition to two freight elevators. For interior cooling, 386 Park Avenue South offers individual Tenant controlled air-conditioning packaged units. Heat is produced by two low-pressure boilers. 386 Park Avenue South also features a newly installed Class-E life safety system and is fully sprinklered.
