I am a committed health enthusiast who has worked in the fitness industry as a personal trainer for over a decade. I have worked for CRUNCH and New York Health and Racquet Club, and am currently employed by New York Sports Club as a Master Trainer. I am certified by the National Federation of Personal Trainers (NFPT) and the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and have specialized expertise in resistance training, corrective exercise, core conditioning, and sport-specific exercises and routines. I am also insured through my NFPT certification. My trainers and I are professional and dedicated not only to helping you reach all of your fitness goals, but also to having fun and learning about how your body works at the same time. We do small group training, practical one-on-one training, and even nutritional counseling. Based mostly in Manhattan and the Bronx, we will travel to you with our equipment (destination permitting). The driving force behind us is our passion for fitness and for helping people live long, healthy, fulfilling lives. We believe our customers' needs are of the utmost importance, and that our team is best suited to meeting them. A high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.
