Since 2004, when the Mummers parade made its return debut to Broad Street, Eddie and Chris Tully has been hyping up the crowd between String Band performances. Based on the crowd’s reaction that year, they realized that this could be even bigger and better. 2005 was an even more successful when they added band introductions, captain interviews, and crowd interaction that included sing alongs, an impromptu dance contest and a grand finale with hundreds of people in the street strutting to Golden Slippers. This was also the year for the introduction of the “People’s Choice Award” that was presented to the crowd’s favorite band. It was simply judged by the loudest cheers. A new, custom trophy has been presented every year since. Come join the fun this year as we are doing it again – bigger and better than ever!

Garrett and Meredith worked with us to find the kind of beer that best expressed the season and the personality of our wedding. They are incredibly knowledgeable, fun, and interesting to work with. We spent time with them on two occasions brewing the beer, learning how to, and watching the experts. Everyone at the wedding (and after) raved about how cool it was and they loved the beers themselves. What you get with Home Brewed Events is not just a novelty beer, it is a complex and well executed micro brew and it reflects you and your personalities. AND you get all of this without having to purchase and store all of the equipment yourself (for people that might not have space or time for this incredible hobby). I hope you consider Home Brewed Events for your wedding favors, you won't be disappointed! " Teal Orbit Corporate Team Building Event- (Philadelphia, PA November 2014) " If you consider yourself a beer connoisseur, or even if you just like beer and want to learn more about it, then we highly recommend you book a class with Home Brewed Events. They were accommodating, friendly, and incredibly well versed in the art of making beer. They came to us to teach the class on Garrett’s birthday, and even offered to come back and help anyone who wanted to make homebrew on their own. In our book, they’re golden!"
