In 1948, the first In-N-Out Burger was founded by Harry and Esther Snyder in Baldwin Park. In that era, it was common to see carhops serving customers in their cars. Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we’ve been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich “Meatcraft™”, and our dedication to Meatcraft™ informs every decision we make.
