By combining an unusual mixture of sport, design and entertainment, SPiN New York has created a unique day and nighttime venue with 17 ping-pong courts, a full bar, restaurant, pro-shop and private VIP room. SPiN is open to anyone and everyone during the day and 21+ after 9pm. Located in Manhattan’s vibrant Flatiron neighborhood in an historic turn-of-the-century building, Harding’s offers a selection of artisanal American cuisine and craft spirits, served with a healthy dose of nostalgia. Executive Chef Joel Zaragoza's inspired menu emphasizes fresh, seasonal ingredients with punches of Americana. Harding’s also offers an extensive American beer and wine menu, as well as an array of classic cocktails created by the restaurant’s expert mixologists. Exposed brick walls, antique mirrors, vintage chandeliers, and an oversized, century-old American flag preserve the rich history of this two-level neighborhood gem. A James Beard-recognized chef and slow food devotee, Harding’s Executive Chef Ariel Fox pays homage to America’s culinary heritage with menu items like pumpkin pie soup; pan roasted hake with braised pork belly, quinoa, and yellowfoot chanterelle mushrooms; braised beef short ribs with grilled turnips, celery root and potato puree; and whole grilled Atlantic Branzini with white beans and green garlic. Chef Ariel’s “down-home” desserts include Griddle Cake topped with moonshine ice cream and raw maple syrup; banana splits; and warm apple pie. In addition to its extensive collection American beer, wine, and spirits, Harding’s offers an array of retro cocktails like the Manhattan, Old Fashioned, Sazerac, and classically prepared Daiquiri, all served up in style by the restaurant’s expert mixologists. Built in 1897, Harding’s resident space retains its historic charm with exposed brick walls studded with Civil War bullets, reclaimed wood floors, and an oversized, century-old American flag. Vintage mirrors and chandeliers hung from 25-foot ceilings that illuminate the spacious main dining room and bar, create an ambiance that is equal parts rustic and chic. With an antique fireplace and plush Victorian furniture, the restaurant’s back parlor is ideal for intimate gatherings, as is the restaurant’s upstairs private dining space, which overlooks the dining room from its perch on the mezzanine. One Madison is a luxury residential condominium tower located on 23rd Street between Broadway and Park Avenue South, at the foot of Madison Avenue, across from Madison Square Park in the Flatiron District of Manhattan, New York City. The building's address is 23 East 22nd Street, where the main lobby is located.HistoryAlthough much of the area nearby is included in various historic districts - such as the Ladies' Mile Historic District, Gramercy Park Historic District and Madison Square North Historic District - the location of One Madison is not, enabling the building to be constructed "as of right" with the transfer of air rights from the shorter buildings that surround the site.When the building was originally announced, it was to be 47 stories and called The Saya; the name was changed to One Madison Park around the time that construction began in 2006 and then to One Madison after it was taken over by the Related Companies. The building as constructed has 60 stories. It features 360-degree views and contains 53 residential units, topped by an 6,850-square-foot triplex penthouse with a 586-square-foot wraparound terrace. The original asking price for the penthouse was $45 million, and was originally announced as including a butler with his own one-bedroom apartment on a lower floor. Prior to Related's take over of the building, the penthouse was under contract for $32 million, but that deal never closed.
