Q is a state-of-the-art, 12,500 sq. ft. multilevel lounge and nightclub located in Seattle's vibrant Capitol Hill neighborhood that sets a new standard for excellence by returning to the fundamentals of what makes a nightclub experience great: innovative interior design, groundbreaking sound and lighting, exceptional service, and our twist on specialty drinks and cocktails, including the club’s own signature line of infused and flavored vodkas. Open five days a week, Q serves as both a lounge on weekdays, and a nightclub on weekends. Q is available as a rentable venue as well. Whether you are seeking a relaxed atmosphere after work or a fun night of dancing, you will be able find it at Q. The space is designed by Bohlin Cywinski Jackson, the AIA award-winning architects behind such projects as the iconic Apple Cube on New York’s Fifth Avenue, Pixar Studios Headquarters, and Seattle City Hall, to name a few. In addition, Q incorporates world-class audio-visual components as part of its overall design, providing the most memorable experience for our patrons possible. These include a sound system by Funktion One from England that's been designed by Sound Investment AV, and state of the art lighting design by Steve Lieberman of the award-winning SJ Lighting in Los Angeles. Rock Box is a Japanese style karaoke club known as a "karaoke box" in Japan. Rock Box has a full bar and 12 private rooms. Reserve a room to sing, while enjoying food and drink delivered to you by our servers. Boxes vary in size and are suitable for 1-2 up to 15+ people. We also have a "party room" which accommodates 35+. Parties in this room have the option of bar packages, as well as catering from Capitol Hill restaurants Momiji, Marination or Cure. Walk-ins are welcome. Rock Box is 21+. We charge $7 person/hour during peak times, and $4 person/hour during happy hour (4-8pm Mon-Thurs, 3-7pm Fri/Sat and all day Sundays, except 3-day weekends). We also offer drink specials during happy hour and have discounted karaoke rates Monday-Wednesday evenings – check our website for details. We charge 18% gratuity on the total bill (room fee + food/drinks) of parties of six or more, assuming good service. The parking garage next door to Rock Box (just north of us on Nagle) stays open until 2:30am nightly and is $8 (plus taxes) after 5pm.
