The Block Central West End is a neighborhood establishment with a modest method: create and showcase a farm-fresh, seasonal menu that sources the very best local ingredients. By sourcing local ingredients we can celebrate the abundant resources of Greater St. Louis area, while supporting the local community and economy.
The Block also pays homage to traditional butchery work by performing primary and secondary butchery of locally procured livestock in house. Our goal is to bring you fresh, authentic flavors that you normally wouldn’t find in St. Louis in a fun, unique atmosphere.
