Samuel United Church of Christ is a welcoming, caring, community of faith. Gathered by grace, nourished by the Word, renewed by the Holy Spirit. So strengthened, we are called to share the Good News of God’s redeeming love with each other and the world. At Samuel Church, we believe life is better when it is lived in relationship – in relationship with God and with all God’s people. We don’t pretend to have all the answers and we can’t offer you a simple list of spiritual do’s and don’t. What we can share, however, is an invitation to journey with us. We are children and youth, seniors and families, couples and singles, who care for and challenge one another to live out the Gospel message.
Our Lady of Lourdes University City Moms Play Group connects fellow parishnors and their young children through a variety of gatherings. Come meet other OLOL Moms and have the kiddos exhaust some energy. There is no set schedule to the play dates but we make an effort to meet once a month and organize a variety of outings from the park, parish center, library story time, fire house visit, zoo, and more... More importantly, we want this page to act as a building of our community and a trusted resource amoungst peers. We encourage you to share valuable information and finds, get opinions, and expand your world with other fellow parishnors. We look forward to hearing from you and hopefully meeting soon!
