How it Works: Morning and afternoon sessions are offered through the days of the week, and children are grouped into sessions according to their age. Each session meets one time per week. We are currently enrolling one-year olds for Fridays! The location of where each group meets rotates between the group members' homes each week. Parents are not required to stay at home while the session is taking place in their house. This is, after all, a great chance for Mom or Dad to get out of the house, too! Each week there will be exciting curriculum for your child to learn through a fun and stimulating approach, including arts and crafts, story time, music, outside play, and more! I will bring all of the materials and supplies needed to create an enjoyable learning environment for your child. Next-Door Discoveries LLC complies with state licensing regulations.

Ste. Genevieve du Bois School’s challenging STREAM curriculum flows beyond STEM for an immersive educational experience designed to enrich hearts & minds with technical knowledge, creativity and strong Catholic faith.
When a child struggles academically or socially, most parents want to implement a solution as quickly as possible. The consequence of a “quick fix” is that the underlying problem is often misinterpreted or overlooked. Thus begins a frustrating cycle that can affect the child’s relationships, love of learning and success in the classroom. With more than 70 years combined special education and education testing experience in St. Louis, Pam Kennedy and Louise Thomas at Testing 1, 2, 3 offer psycho educational evaluations to help identify the source of learning and social issues. All testing is individualized, based upon the presenting issues, and also includes screenings for learning disabilities, ADHD, Autism, anxiety, depression and behavior issues. Our professional, one-on-one approach can quickly address classroom struggles and identify personalized solutions and accommodations to keep the student on track for success. We are available for after school and weekend testing to accommodate your busy schedule.

On its property in Webster Groves, Missouri, Miriam founded and operated the Rosa Bry Convalescent Home and Rehabilitation Program from 1914 until 1956. Miriam School was established in 1956 to serve children with developmental disabilities. Since that time Miriam School's focus has evolved to serve children with complex learning disabilities. In September 2007, Miriam Learning Center opened to provide services to children with learning disabilities and their families throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area.
