At El Pollo Loco, we go to crazy lengths for our signature citrus-marinated, fire-grilled chicken and handcraft our entrees using fresh ingredients inspired by authentic Mexican recipes.
Owner & Executive Chef, Joe Youkhan love of food started when he was just a kid in his Grandmother's kitchen in Yonkers, New York. His father was also a chef in an Italian kitchen where Joe would help him prep food. Joe moved to CA as a teenager and his attention shifted to his love of motorcycles. He graduated top of his class at MMI in AZ and worked as a motorcycle technician for many years. He continued to host dinners for friends and family until one day he decided to start from scratch in a professional restaurant. Joe worked at Saratoga Grill as a Sous Chef for 3 years. He then moved on to the Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel. He worked through various fine dining positions at the hotel, ending as the Banquet and Catering Chef, managing a multimillion dollar kitchen. In this environment, Joe received several accolades. He took every opportunity to continue to educate himself, dial in technique and try all different cultures of cuisine. In 2005, Joe was offered the Executive Chef position at Chat Noir. A fine dining French themed restaurant in Costa Mesa. Joe then became the Corporate Executive Chef of the parent company. Chef Joe knew that he would eventually own a restaurant and started his own culinary company. The concept of the food truck has evolved to reputable gourmet cuisine and with support from loyal fans, he saw a viable possibility to successfully share his food, his taste and his passion with everyone else. When he has downtime, he enjoys training in Gracie Barra jiu-jitsu Mission Viejo. Joe is a purple belt and the intense regime helps him maintain focus and balance. Welcome to SugarStuff's Home Bakery! Formerly, SweetStuff's, we have reopened to serve deliciously sweet cakes and treats! We cater to all sorts of occasions: weddings, graduations, birthdays, meetings, anything you think might need a cake or cupcakes! We can be contacted by phone at anytime between 8:00am and 8:00pm Monday through Friday. Cakes and Cupcakes should be ordered at least two to three weeks in advance to your celebration. We look forward to making all your Sugary Delights!

As you think about the food you would like to serve your guest, whether if it’s for a wedding or a private party, here are a few thinks to think about: How the meal is served; will food be served reception-style, buffet, or traditional plated. What’s your budget? The main factor is the number of guests. What the Venue is like? Some venues have kitchens, while at others have little to no kitchen facilities. Some foods are best when served right after cooking. While we’ll ultimately be guiding you once we have more information from your venue, it’s always good for you to know what your venue can handle.
