Think Tank becomes LA’s top cultural destination with 30 days of arts, culture and cuisine in a whimsical — and twisted— candyland, created by Banksy collaborator Scott Hove and artist Baker’s Son. Whether it’s an intimate VIP speakeasy with a private Cirque du Soleil performance or an underground comedy show, Break Bread will bring novel programming to a unique space for once-in-a-lifetime experiences. The basics: it's 9,000 square feet of floor-to-ceiling cake sculptures, a lifesize ice cream truck with all of its products created completely in hyperrealistic watercolor, a Zumanity themed bar and lounge, and nightly special events.
The BOLD space on Broadway is the Los Angeles venue of BOLD - a boutique communications agency based in Berlin and LA. Our space transforms into anything from gallery, community space, event venue to Pop-Up Shops - it's our window to the Los Angeles Broadway. We share the DTLA neighborhood with exciting brands and friends such as the Ace Hotel across the street and APC, Aesop, Tanner Goods and The Verve.

Clara Berta is a passionate, award-winning abstract mixed-media artist of Hungarian heritage. Her dynamic and highly textural abstract works have been exhibited and collected across the United States and Europe. Clara is a Los Angeles-based Abstract Painter living and working in the heart of the newly revitalized Downtown LA. BertaArt Studio Gallery has recently become listed on the Downtown LA Art Walk map, and is now a popular stop on the Second Thursday Downtown LA Art Walk. A prolific painter with an extensive body of abstract artwork, the exhibit changes every month, as she adds to and rotates her substantial inventory. Inspired by the fast pace and ever-changing landscape of Downtown Los Angeles, her mixed-media acrylic paintings are vibrant, alive with movement, and highly textural. Recently adding resin topcoat to a few pieces, the newest works resonate with brilliant color and high gloss, appearing as if under glass. Clara Berta’s modern paintings explore themes such as the ebb and flow of memory, the significance of personal heritage, renewal, the passing of physical time, desire, passion, and love. Her abstract works often include reminders of her travels, expressed in unexpected sequences of patterns as well as distortion of perspectives and subconscious spaces. Manipulating with several layers of texture and acrylic paint, she will work and re-work her canvases, layering textures to give added dimension, and creating works that intrigue and invite the viewer to explore not only the surface, but also the inner language of the painting. See her work at http://BertaArt.com/

Most of the pieces made to order at RĒHAB start with old reclaimed doors from India, New Mexico, Bali, Java, France or Egypt. Here the doors or any reclaimed wood used, is normally in need of either a little TLC or a full rehab overhaul. Once the doors are restored in the manner that its visible history is in tact, the welding begins, using metal and stainless steel for the detail, structure and hardware. All of which are designed, created and welded by hand at RēHAB. RAD also makes Metal Art

The Museum was started by a sneaker collector name Sophia Castillo. It all started when she collected sneakers in high school. Her collection grew so big she decided to start a museum in 2004 in Los Angeles, California. She wanted people to appreciate and see what she saw in collecting sneakers. She didn't just see them as shoes but as pieces of art. It opened her eyes to seeing as something worn everyday to being something more. Sophia first took an interest in Nikes then slowly expanded her collection to other brands. She saw the beauty in the design and how the sneakers can make an outfit. She has also met many people from collecting and wanted to share her love of sneakers. Sophia also asked different brands of shoes to add to her museum, which made it even more unique.
