Adrenaline is much more than the typical bootcamps or large group fitness class. Our nationally certified Bootcamp Instructors help members of all fitness abilities and ages develop their skills in creative classes designed to be different each time! The exercises and workouts can be progressed or modified to fit the needs of the individual while at the same time making it so that everyone feels part of a team. Adrenaline offers unlimited classes as well as monthly bio measurements! These are designed to keep you updated on your progress with personalized feedback, as well as provide individualized nutritional education so that you’re fueling your success! Adrenaline runs all year long on indoor professional turf fields. That means heat in the Winter and A/C in the Summer. There are currently 24 classes a week in the rotation to choose from, so no matter your schedule there is a class time available for you! Carlos has worked in the fitness industry since 1996. He is a certified personal trainer through the American Council of Exercise (ACE). He also holds a Certified Personal Training degree from NASM as well as NASM-PES (Performance Enhancement System). Carlos has been an avid soccer player for many years and is passionate about helping athletes perform at their peak. Carlos combines different exercises to help improve flexibility, speed, strength, agility and performance for his clients. As a VIPR (Vitality Performance Reconditioning) specialist he comprehends how to bridge the gap between movement and strength training. He is certified as a Power Plate Specialist, TRX Specialist, and Kettle Bell Specialist. As a husband and father, Carlos understands the difficulties of balancing work, family and fitness therefore he personalizes each workout specifically to maximize results. Carlos’s passion is to help people create a healthy and balanced lifestyle through educating clients on the importance of nutrition and exercise. He strives to give his clients the knowledge to understand the significance of nutrition for performance. Carlos enjoys working with people of all ages, from younger athletes to new mothers who need support through their fitness journey to seniors who are looking to stay strong and healthy. He believes that commitment and hard work can help clients transform their bodies and over all health.
