We offer free kayaking as an introduction to the recreational boating opportunities in Manhattan and to help connect the public with the New York City waterfront. Our organization is made possible by the efforts of our all-volunteer staff and public donations.

The vision of the PAL William J. Duncan Center is to be a dynamic and innovative recreational program for the children in the Hells Kitchen community and beyond. To be a safe place for our young people and provide support to their families. We will seek to offer children and young adults’ opportunities that will give them the tools they need for a better today, tomorrow and future!

Exciting summer camps for kids ages 3-15! Campers ages 5-12 years old have a chance to experience the great outdoors at the Day Camp @ Pearl River, just 35 minutes from the Upper West Side. In addition, the Day Camp @ the JCC, held in the Samuel Priest Rose building on 76th and Amsterdam is an amazing opportunity for children ages 3-6. Our oldest campers, ages 9-15, have a chance to experience a professional theater experience in our 3-week Summer Stock Theater Camp. The JCC Summer Camps focus on innovative and age-appropriate programming, steeped in Jewish values and ideals. Our staff is caring, attentive, and energetic encouraging campers to reach their potential in a safe and friendly setting. Daily activities in each camp include instructional swim, sports, music, yoga and art. All of our campers over the age of 5 also engage in elective activities, enabling them to make choices based on their interests. Throughout the summer, we work to create a unique environment where children feel a sense of belonging, learn life-long skills, have opportunities for leadership, and develop lasting relationships with their peers and their counselors. The Community Meditation Center is located on Manhattan’s upper west side in New York City. JJP seeks to revolutionize supplementary Jewish education. From third through seventh grade, applicants will engage in a wide range of courses that speak to the whole child and together build a unique journey through the possibilities of Jewish life. Children have different interests and hobbies outside of music. During Taylor-Made lessons and classes, I try to stay relevant to the specific student I’m working with.

Led by Ms Tammy Ying, TC Music Studio consists of a small team of teachers based in NYC who conduct private music lessons in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens. We take pride in our ability to customize lessons based on students needs, and believe that everyone should be given the opportunity to learn music. New York City's only K-8 public school for musically gifted children Special Music School at Kaufman Music Center (P.S. 859) is a groundbreaking public school for musically gifted children offering musical training, including private instrumental lessons, during the regular school day. The school combines intensive instrumental study with a rigorous academic program, providing a strong foundation for a lifetime of music without compromising academic studies. Modeled on the renowned special music schools of the former Soviet Union, Special Music School at Kaufman Music Center successfully ensures that music is a primary component of each child's education. Founded in 1996, Special Music School represents a unique public/private partnership between Kaufman Center, a nonprofit multi-arts organization, and the New York City Department of Education, which funds the academic portion of the students’ education. The music program is fully funded by Kaufman Music Center through private contributions. As with all public schools, tuition is free to residents of the residents of the five boroughs of New York City. The music program goes from kindergarten through grade 12.
