Reflective of the ART Hotel's concept, FIRE houses a notable art collection, featuring works by Joel Otterson, Larry Bell, and Allan Houser. Artistic in nature, Chef Chris Jakubiec's menu is inspired by an innovative approach to classic techniques with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
