Gan Shan Station is inspired by the East Asian cuisines of Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, China, Japan, Singapore, and more. We strive to use locally sourced ingredients to interpret bold, rich, clean flavors and dishes in an approachable, casual neighborhood setting. For us, as in the cultures we represent, food and drink are far more than sustenance; they are nourishment, experience, enrichment, community, and family. Above all, we want to share these joys of food and community with our guests.
Our menu is Modern Southern with a "nod" to tradition, fun, vibrant and all locally sourced. Our Farm to Table menu changes seasonally with many daily specials. All desserts made in house. Our new space is "handcrafted modern" with contributions from many local artists even the tables are made from local pecan wood! We are right downtown at 47 Biltmore Ave on the ground floor of the new Aloft Hotel.
Nightbell is an American small plate restaurant focusing on local Apppalachian ingredients led by Chef Katie Button. Bartenders create ever-changing concoctions using seasonal ingredients and hand-carved ice in the craft cocktail bar.

Each Sunday at 6:30 Rhubarb serves Sunday Supper, a three-course meal at the Rhubarb Family Tables. The Sunday Supper menu differs from the regular restaurant menu and will reflect the bounty of the weekend markets presented family style. Rhubarb is open for lunch, brunch and dinner. The menu changes frequently and the Sunday Supper menu is posted weekly. Night owls rejoice! R-bar is now open late from Thursday-Saturday!
