OUR FLIGHT TEAM Our on-bard flight team includes a highly trained EMS pilot, critical care Flight Nurse and critical care Flight Paramedic. 1. Registered Flight Nurses possess a minimum of 5 years of critical care experience in either the Emergency Department or Intensive Care Unit.
