Must be a Resident of Saint Louis City- Missouri 2. Willing to pay the member fee an amount $ 50 annually. 3. Accept to run the background checking. 4. Can handle the responsibility to vote concerning the general authority issues. Board of Trustees: Consists of four members who have the Majority of votes. Ten of the General Authority members can nominate and then four of them who will get the majority of votes will be board of trustees’ members. These four members will compete in the elections to get the following positions: l. Chairman: Who will get the Majority of votes. 2. Vice President: will be nominated by the Chairman. 3. The Secretary: Will be nominated up to the agreement between the Chairman and the Vice President. 4. The Accountant: Will be nominated up to the agreement between the Chairman and the Vice President. Board of Trustees has the right to call for the general authority meeting once a year. 50% of the General Authority members have the right to call for the general authority meeting. Keep in consideration; the Board of Trustees has the right to call for that meeting in emergency situations only. The General Authority will renew the Board of Trustees each five years and up to the majority votes. The Board of Trustees members are the Organization official representatives according to the US laws and rules. In case one the Board of Trustees members will resigns, relocated, or passed away so a new member will be elected by the majority members of Board of Trustees. His/hers temporary membership will be valid till the next election. Administrative Board: Consists of Seven members. Each member helps three of the General Authority members. These seven members elected by the General Authority members. The elected Administrative Board valid for two years. The Board of Trustees member can be an Administrative Board member as well. General Functions of the Administrative Board: General Cultural and educational activities through several committees. The General Authority board establishes the committees up the community needs. The committees are: Educational committee: Running the schools, the Arabic language classes, and the running the Arabic library. Public Relation and Social Committee: Solve the families’ problems, consultants, advising, and running community field trips. Athletic Committee: Supporting the Athletes and guide the sport teams up the community needs. General Service Committee: Such as cleaning, cooking, and security guards.
