As a former 4 year high school wrestler (State Qualifier and Nationally Ranked) fitness and performance has always been a part of my life. After studying, reading, and aquiring several personal training certifications, I began to apply what I had learned and developed a physique far greater than what was genetically given to me. Throughout the years of hard work, dedication, and working with numerous professional to reach their fitness goals, I managed to understand and implement the fundamentals of changing ones body's composition. Throughout helping a monumental number of people at 24 Hour Fitness, Bally Total Fitness, and LA Fitness for the past 6 years, I was introduced to the NPC Affiliation and quickly became more and more interested in taking my fitness journey the extra mile. Orange County Classic 2009 was my very first bodybuilding show. It was a great learning experience and I managed to place top 5. The rush and adrenaline of being on stage and showing your hard earned body in such an artistic way got me hooked, which is why, 3 weeks later, I competed at the California State Championships placing 2nd. My recent show was the Orange County Classic 2013 were I placed 3rd in the Open Lightweight Division. My training certifications such as National Exercise and Sports Trainer Association (NESTA), American Aerobic Association International (AAAI), and National Council of Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT) have allowed me to further expand my knowledge in fitness. Helping others achieve their fitness goals, as I did mine, has become my passion. My training approach is to help clients make a mental change in fitness. Whether your goals are to lose that stubborn body fat, increase lean muscle volume, improve sports performance, or finally get on that competitive stage, I will continue to help, educate, and inspire people to reach their fitness and life goals.
