Susan Eley Fine Art was founded in the spring of 2006 by Eley as a salon-style gallery. Situated in an Upper West Side Townhouse in Manhattan, the Gallery offers an intimate, personal viewing experience, contrary to the more formal presentations of art in typical white box galleries. Eley opened the Gallery to attract a new, untapped audience for contemporary art and to provide regular gallerygoers with a fresh, alternative way to enjoy art. The Gallery focuses on contemporary art by emerging and mid-career artists, who work in a range of media, from paint to photography to sculpture and print. Solo and group exhibitions showcase abstract as well as figurative work from a diverse body of artists from the U.S., Asia, Latin America and Europe. Gallery artists are dynamic, active professionals, who produce strong bodies of work that constantly shift and evolve. An inaugural opening reception marks the start of each exhibition.

The Miriam and Ira D. Wallach Art Gallery advances Columbia University's historical, critical, and creative engagement with the visual arts. Serving as both a laboratory and a forum, The Wallach Art Gallery offers opportunities for curatorial practice and discourse, while bridging the diverse approaches to the arts at the University with a welcome broader public. Established in 1986, The Wallach Art Gallery is the University's premier visual arts space, presenting numerous critically acclaimed exhibitions, a dynamic range of programming, and publications that have made lasting contributions to scholarship. Since its beginning the gallery has presented exhibitions that examine a broad range of cultures, time periods, and styles, some of which have traveled to other national and international venues. The Wallach Art Gallery also presents projects that animate other university spaces as opportunity arises. The William Holman Gallery was founded in 2012 in New York City and in Salt Point, New York to exhibit the work of contemporary American and international artists who share our interests in painting, sculpture, drawing and conceptual work in all media. The Gallery also represents the Estates of Olin Dows and Carmel Snow. We will also build collections and secondary market sales as a complement to the exhibition program. We begin this season with nine artists who are well known to us and whose work I have followed for years, or in some cases, decades. It is the Gallery's privilege to represent the work of these artists. Revealing as much emotion and intensity as artists do through their work and commitment is a way of life rather than a job - and requires an equal commitment by the Gallery to represent, exhibit and place the work in private and public collections around the world. We will begin exhibiting at 65 Ludlow Street, at the corner of Grand Street on the Lower East Side of Manhattan in October 2012. We are pleased to deal privately and all work on this site is available for sale. We would also be happy to discuss new commissions for site-specific and larger work. Kahnweiler: "What Kahnweiler invented in 1907, and what has been practiced ever since by the dealers who count for something in the history of living art, was a new kind of art dealing. Kahnweiler substituted for this an informal, unpretentious relationship in which a profound emotional commitment was the thing that mattered most. Where the old-style dealer did his artists a favor by inviting them to luncheon, Kahnweiler lived with Picasso, Braque, Gris, Derain, and Vlaminck on a day-to-day, hour-to-hour basis. CLOISTERS Gallery has been dedicated to develop its program of innovative exhibition concepts around a group of contemporary artists who are emerging internationally. The Gallery represents art by Robert Bery, Sascha Boldt, Giorgio Capogrossi, Jos Diegel, Jeffrey Lew, Ruth Luxenhofer, Mirek Macke, Eva Moll and Christoph von Loew.

The West Side Arts Coalition (WSAC) was founded in 1979 by a group of visual and performing artists on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Members now hail from many locations across the U.S. and abroad. In 1980 we were granted Not-for-Profit Corporation status. We established our headquarters at the Broadway Mall Community Center in 1986. Visual Arts group shows (Fine Arts, Photography, and Craft Arts) are held every three weeks from September through June at the Broadway Mall Community Center, a renovated Beaux-Art building on the center island at 96th Street and Broadway in New York City. Other exhibitions and performances sponsored by the WSAC are held at outside venues. The WSAC has exhibited members' work in the Cork Gallery at Lincoln Center, the Manhattan Borough President's Office, The Weill Cornell Medical Library, The Arsenal Gallery, Lafayette Grill, Tompkins Square Library, and St. Francis College, Brooklyn. Periodically, the organization offers cultural programs that benefit the community and its visitors. Some of the activities the WSAC has presented include Art Auction for the Benefit of the Homeless, AIDS Awareness Art Exhibition, Landmark Architectural Photo Exhibit, Black History Month Exhibit, Women's History Month Exhibit, Hispanic Heritage Month Exhibit, Peace and Justice Concert Exhibit, Global Warming exhibit, and in 2010 an Exhibit dedicated to the People of Haiti.

Founded in 1825, the National Academy is the only institution of its kind that integrates a museum, art school and association of artists and architects dedicated to creating and preserving a living history of American art and architecture. Although the museum has closed as of June 1, 2016, our staff, collection care, and National Academician annual inductions and elections will operate while we find a new home for our museum and extensive permanent collection.
