Fine Dining Restaurant Near Gallagher's Steakhouse Las Vegas
The Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill in the MGM Grand, which opened in 2004, modernizes the traditional “bar and grill” concept with approachable fine dining in a magnificent setting. Designer Tony Chi combines the energetic feel of the beach lifestyle and the cool beauty of a garden to capture the essence of the casual elegance of the California dining experience, which Puck made popular with the original Spago. Just like its name, the restaurant features a contemporary "bar and grill" menu artfully executed by Chef Dustin Lewandowski. He incorporates everyone's favorite grill foods that can be enjoyed either as a relaxed, leisurely dining experience or as a quick-bite. Conveniently located adjacent to the Cirque du Soleil “KA” theater, the restaurant has an exciting bar and a beautiful glass enclosed private dining room.
Lawry's The Prime Rib invites you to a lavish dinner experience found nowhere else on or off the strip. Enjoy the beautiful Art Deco design, exceptional service and unique menu featuring our famous Roasted Prime Ribs of Beef carved tableside from geaming silver carts. At Lawry’s The Prime Rib in Vegas, rich traditions, warm hospitality and award-winning food make for a sure bet.
Although it's the largest city founded in the 20th Century, Las Vegas retains the energy of a frontier town where the unexpected is still a daily occurrence. The dining scene is equally as adventurous and Charlie Palmer is one of its trail blazers. Sensing that Vegas was about to undergo a renaissance, Palmer made an early investment, opening Aureole in the Mandalay Bay Resort in 1999.
The show stopping menu under the direction of Executive Chef Vincent Pouessel combines the classic cuisine of Aureole with the theatricality of Las Vegas in dishes like Olive Oil Poached Oregon Petrale Sole with Truffled Brussels Sprouts and Ahi Tuna and Veal Shank "surf and turf", while a four-story, temperature controlled glass and steel wine tower—the largest in the world—houses 10,000 of Palmer's award-winning 50,000 bottle list, made accessible by an elaborate pulley system presided over by "flying wine angels" clad in black spandex Calvin Klein. After all, this is Vegas.
At The Palm, our philosophy is simple: Treat guests like family, serve great food, and always exceed expectations.
That philosophy was born in 1926, when Pio Bozzi and John Ganzi opened the first Palm in New York City. From day one, Pio and John shared their commitment to quality and generosity of spirit with every guest who walked through their doors. What began as a restaurant became a legend– a place to not only enjoy an excellent meal, but to catch up with old friends, meet new ones, close business deals and celebrate family milestones.
Still owned and operated by members of the Bozzi and Ganzi families, The Palm continues to serve as a second home for countless patrons, thanks to the exceptional standard of hospitality established by our founders.
The steaks are in your favor.
In a city that offers countless ways to indulge, Smith & Wollensky provides an oasis of exceptional food and refined service all within walking distance of major attractions. Our freestanding New York-style steakhouse located right on the Strip, and our sidewalk Wollensky's Grill, are the perfect places to people-watch and soak up the city vibe. The three-story 635-plus seat restaurant offers a distinguished place to celebrate that big win, the impromptu wedding and a multitude of corporate events.
Sage serves contemporary American cuisine spiced with global influences in a sophisticated, yet comfortable atmosphere. Mirroring the chef's commitment to seasonality, cutting-edge mixologists infuse the fresh fruit purees, boutique liquors and home-made bitters into daily cocktail offerings.

A night at Rao's is a truly a magical experience. Whether in New York, in Las Vegas, or Hollywood, the Rao's family makes sure you feel as if yours is the only table in the room. Frank Pellegrino Sr., Frank Pellegrino Jr., and Ron Straci, have been proudly executing perfect dinner experiences for decades – first in New York, then in Las Vegas, and now in Hollywood.
At Rao's Caesars Palace and Rao’s Hollywood, the food is prepared as in New York: Simple. Honest. Italian. The greatness of the food stems from the quality of the products. The kitchen uses fresh, high-quality ingredients, such as homemade roasted red peppers, freshly grated Pecorino-Romano and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheeses, Felipo Berio olive oil, and certified San Marzano plum tomatoes from Italy. For more than 110 years, that’s the way the family has cooked in New York and continued in Las Vegas, and that’s not about to change in Hollywood.
With these and other ingredients, the home-cooked Italian meals at Rao's are magnificent culinary experiences. The time-honored dishes include perfectly cooked pastas, risottos and the mouthwatering steak bistecca; cooked perfectly and sliced tableside. There is also the incomparable Rao’s Lemon Chicken, broiled to perfection and sauced with Uncle Vincent’s Famous Lemon Sauce that consists of lemon juice, red wine vinegar, olive oil and spices. The classic veal chop is pan seared and topped off with a medley of cherry peppers hot and sweet; and the meatballs, either alone or accompanied by one of the many pasta dishes, taste as if Aunt Anna were still rolling them each morning.
Looking for a place to host your next gathering? Make the Rao's tradition part of your own by planning a group feast inside the Rao's private dining room. This space can accommodate groups up to 12 and comes with dedicated service and all the personal touches that make Rao's a legendary dining experience. In 1921, it all started out so innocently. A five-cent small hamburger. A Castle-shaped restaurant. And nothing like it before, or since. A humble 100% beef patty with onions, and a pickle. So easy to eat, it was dubbed the Slider.
The only thing better than polishing off a Sack of Sliders alone, is doing it with friends. Now situated on the Las Vegas strip... could it get any better than that?
White Castle. Because The Crave Is A Powerful Thing.
