The Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill in the MGM Grand, which opened in 2004, modernizes the traditional “bar and grill” concept with approachable fine dining in a magnificent setting. Designer Tony Chi combines the energetic feel of the beach lifestyle and the cool beauty of a garden to capture the essence of the casual elegance of the California dining experience, which Puck made popular with the original Spago. Just like its name, the restaurant features a contemporary "bar and grill" menu artfully executed by Chef Dustin Lewandowski. He incorporates everyone's favorite grill foods that can be enjoyed either as a relaxed, leisurely dining experience or as a quick-bite. Conveniently located adjacent to the Cirque du Soleil “KA” theater, the restaurant has an exciting bar and a beautiful glass enclosed private dining room.

Although it's the largest city founded in the 20th Century, Las Vegas retains the energy of a frontier town where the unexpected is still a daily occurrence. The dining scene is equally as adventurous and Charlie Palmer is one of its trail blazers. Sensing that Vegas was about to undergo a renaissance, Palmer made an early investment, opening Aureole in the Mandalay Bay Resort in 1999. The show stopping menu under the direction of Executive Chef Vincent Pouessel combines the classic cuisine of Aureole with the theatricality of Las Vegas in dishes like Olive Oil Poached Oregon Petrale Sole with Truffled Brussels Sprouts and Ahi Tuna and Veal Shank "surf and turf", while a four-story, temperature controlled glass and steel wine tower—the largest in the world—houses 10,000 of Palmer's award-winning 50,000 bottle list, made accessible by an elaborate pulley system presided over by "flying wine angels" clad in black spandex Calvin Klein. After all, this is Vegas.
At The Palm, our philosophy is simple: Treat guests like family, serve great food, and always exceed expectations. That philosophy was born in 1926, when Pio Bozzi and John Ganzi opened the first Palm in New York City. From day one, Pio and John shared their commitment to quality and generosity of spirit with every guest who walked through their doors. What began as a restaurant became a legend– a place to not only enjoy an excellent meal, but to catch up with old friends, meet new ones, close business deals and celebrate family milestones. Still owned and operated by members of the Bozzi and Ganzi families, The Palm continues to serve as a second home for countless patrons, thanks to the exceptional standard of hospitality established by our founders.
The steaks are in your favor. In 1921, it all started out so innocently. A five-cent small hamburger. A Castle-shaped restaurant. And nothing like it before, or since. A humble 100% beef patty with onions, and a pickle. So easy to eat, it was dubbed the Slider. The only thing better than polishing off a Sack of Sliders alone, is doing it with friends. Now situated on the Las Vegas strip... could it get any better than that? White Castle. Because The Crave Is A Powerful Thing.
