Dr. Barbara Walsh has been practicing Obstetrics and Gynecology for over 20 years in the St. Louis area. During that time, she's had the privilege of serving more than 15,000 women and delivering more than 5,000 babies. Throughout her career, Dr. Walsh has demonstrated an exceptional commitment to her patients and love of caring for women across their lifetimes. Dr. Walsh's commitment so inspired her daughter, that she too chose Obstetrics and Gynecology for her life's work. Along with Nancy Arnold, Drs. Dr. Herrmann is an OB/GYN located at Mercy hospital in St. Louis, MO. He has been practicing in OB/GYN since 1993. After graduating from St. Louis University in 1993 he went on to practice with a partner until 2005. Since 2005 he created his own practice and has been delivering excellent service to his patients.
The Comprehensive Epilepsy Care Center for Children and Adults HAS MOVED! We now are located on the Missouri Baptist Medical Center Campus: NEW ADDRESS: 3009 North Ballas Road Building A Suite 129A St. Louis, Missouri 63131 Office Phone #: 314-453-9300 Office Fax #: 314-453-0163 We are a LEVEL 4 Epilepsy Center continuing to provide multidisciplinary treatments and support services for people with epilepsy and their families. William E. Rosenfeld, MD, Director, and Susan M. Lippmann, MD remain the epileptologists. Michael Polinsky, MD, neurosurgeon, will continue to provide epilepsy surgery for our patients at Missouri Baptist Medical Center. We will continue to provide both inpatient and outpatient epilepsy services including video EEG monitoring; monitoring to evaluate if patients are having physiological seizures versus non-epileptic episodes; seizure surgery-including temporal lobectomies, topectomies, subdural grids, strips, and implanted devices; and drug study protocols. Our administrative staff, chief EEG technician, nursing staff, and psychology staff will continue to provide services as usual. Cognitive testing with our psychologist and psychometrist will be performed both on an inpatient and outpatient basis. Patients with non-epileptic episodes are clarified and given appropriate treatments. Antiepileptic drug trials are available including studies with ganaxolone, YKP, intranasal benzodiazepines, brivaracetam, Sante Deep Brain Stimulator (DBS), and soon with cannabidiol. Our friendly and devoted staff will continue to care for your epilepsy treatment needs.

Nurses For You, Inc. provides health-care professionals when supplemental home-care services are needed. Care can range from nursing visits to private duty homecare, from 4 to 24 hours per day. Schedules are catered to the clients' needs. We also provide care to clients in extended care facilities. Our staff consists of Missouri and Illinois licensed RN's and LPN's, medical technicians and companions specializing in providing personalized attention and private duty care. Nursing care is administered to the client according to physician orders. The client and family are also involved in the development of the plan of care. Nursing care includes: administration of medications and treatments prescribed by the physician assistance in areas of need including (but not limited to): meal preparation, feeding, bathing, dressing, light house keeping physical and mental assessment of the client's condition assistance with doctor visits, including communication of any changes in medical status and the consequential changes to plans of care, as needed Nurses For You, Inc. also will assist in the setup of all in home and outpatient therapies as ordered by your physician for no additional cost. All therapies will be instituted in the care setting during all scheduled private duty times. Our staff is available and on call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Our rates are competitive and are determined after an initial assessment, completed by a registered nurse.
