The UIC Forum is one of the most versatile and accessible facilities of its kind. The venue features a 22,000 square foot Main Hall, with optional telescopic seating, theatrical lighting, and a state of the art sound system.
The UIC Forum has two floors of meeting space. Our meeting rooms can be opened to form two large or six individual rooms. Each meeting space is equipped with all of your audio and visual needs.
The Congress Plaza Hotel & Convention Center was originally designed and constructed in 1893 to accommodate visitors from around the globe attending the World’s Columbian Exposition. The legendary Congress Plaza Hotel has been home to many of the world’s greatest notables such as our nation’s presidents, foreign dignitaries, opera, stage, and movie celebrities. Every year our property is visited by hundreds of guests attending conventions, meetings, and events in our beautiful city.
Our property is conveniently located in the heart of the downtown area here in Chicago just minutes away from some of the premier attractions that our city has to offer including, The Art Institute of Chicago, Buckingham Fountain, Orchestra Hall, Willis Tower, and The Shedd Aquarium. The Congress Plaza Hotel is located directly across from Grant Park, known as one of Chicago’s prime attractions for great outdoor jazz and blues music throughout the summer.
Our property features 871 guest rooms, including 36 deluxe suites, many of which overlook the beautiful waters of Lake Michigan.

This is truly a luxury executive suite. 700sq ft private space all to yourself. All linens and sheets are clean, crisp, white. Bathroom towels are Egyptian cotton. New, individual bathroom amenities provided for each stay. K-cups provided, along with "Raid the Pantry" snacks. Additional local beverages and breakfast snacks provided for stays of 5 or more nights. I will provide you with a reference list to familiarize you with the condo, area, and grocery delivery service provided by Instacart.
Centrally located. Just a few blocks walk to the west halls of McCormick Place. You are on Michigan Ave, so hailing a cab, or selecting Uber all happens right when you walk out the door. 5 minute ride to some of Chicago's great ethnic areas for fantastic dinning. Pilsen (Mexican), China Town, Greek Town, Taylor Street (little Italy).
Walk to soldier field, McCormick Place or head towards Grant Park and the loop. The #3 & #4 bus runs every few minutes up and down Michigan Ave from McCormick Place to the Gold Coast. Bus stop right in front of my building. Uber or Taxi are very easy right in front of my building.
I work in the travel industry and split my time between Chicago and Florida, so I'm a host that knows what travelers and executives are looking for. My condo suite is not your normal Airbnb listing. My suite is private, clean, and full of luxury. Stay 5 nights or longer, and I'll be in touch to get some catering ideas to provide drinks, breakfast, snacks, and other extras to make your stay feel like your home away from home. My condo is served by Instacart, order groceries online and for just $3.99 they will be delivered to your door within 2hrs.
Guests will have access to everything in the suite. WiFi/HDTV/NetFlix. In unit laundry + supplies also provided.

Interaction with guests is as little or as much as you would like. I will provide access codes so you can arrive when it best fits your schedule. I will be available via phone/text for any questions or needs you have during your stay.

Chez provides a versatile space that can be transformed for any occasion. An architectural glass staircase leads to a mezzanine overlooking the main floor. Brilliant white brick walls, white drapery and polished concrete floors create an elegant loft aesthetic. Statuesque columns activate the seventeen-foot-tall interior. Additional features include floor-to-ceiling windows, coat check, a private guest suite, and a catering prep space with a separate entrance.
Chez event space was once the home of the famous Chez Paree nightclub, which occupied the building from the 1930s through the 1950s. The club hosted many of the world’s best entertainers, including Frank Sinatra, Louis Armstrong, Ella Fitzgerald, and Nat King Cole. Situated two blocks from Michigan Avenue and Chicago’s lakefront, Chez is in close proximity to the Loop, Millennium Park, and Museum Campus. Sixty hotels within a half-mile radius of Chez can accommodate out-of-town guests.
