The Venue is a historic building in Downtown Dallas. It was opened as an event space in December 2011. The Courtroom was formally Sarah T. Hughes’ Courtroom. She was the first female federal judge appointed by President Kennedy and swore in LBJ on Airforce One with Jackie by her side. In addition to this, some historic trials were heard in the Courtroom. One trial being Bonnie and Clyde, which is just neat Texas history!!

Energy Plaza is a skyscraper in the City Center District of downtown Dallas, Texas, north of Thanks-Giving Square at 1601 Bryan Street. Designed by I.M. Pei and Partners, the building is 192m and 49 stories, making it the ninth tallest building in Dallas.The building itself is based on a design using three triangles. The communications tower at the top of the building is a small version of the Star Tower broadcast tower line from Landmark Tower Company, which went bankrupt after its owner and chief design engineer died from a heart attack in 2002.Construction on the building began in May 1980 and the building opened in August 1983 for the Atlantic Richfield Company to be used as their regional headquarters. The structure's original name was the ARCO Tower. Energy Future Holdings, Oncor Electric Delivery, FuelcoLLC.com, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), are the primary tenants. Other notable tenants include Civitas Capital Management LLC. The building is connected to the Dallas Pedestrian Network and the Bullington Truck Terminal.

The Hartford Building is a mid-rise skyscraper located in the City Center District of downtown Dallas, Texas (USA) and adjacent to DART's St. Paul Station.HistoryThe $5 million office building, built during a time of large insurance growth in Dallas, was constructed to serve as the southwestern regional home office for the Hartford Fire Insurance Group. It was developed by Trammell Crow and Eugene Locke and opened in 1960. In separate incidents during construction in 1959, a 20ft steel beam and a brick fell to street level from upper floors. The beam pierced a truck and was embedded into the pavement and the brick bounced off a car below; amazingly, no one was injured. The building's 400 space Bryan Street Garage was replaced with a shared-use garage built for the adjacent Patriot Tower in 1981.The building was sold in 1961, 1967, 1994 and in 2013.

Chase Tower is a 225m, 55-story postmodern skyscraper at 2200 Ross Avenue in the City Center District of downtown Dallas, Texas. Although it is the fourth tallest skyscraper in the city, if one were to exclude antennas and spires, it would be the third. It is also the 12th tallest building in Texas. The building was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and was completed in 1987. The building also houses the Dallas Petroleum Club, a business and social club located on the 39th and 40th floors.This building is known for its unique architecture which includes a curved glass top and a 6-story hole in the center of the building near the top and is nicknamed the "Keyhole Building" by some people.The Jack Mitchell, Inc. Edsel automobile dealership was located on this building's site in 1957.When Ion Storm existed, its corporate headquarters were in Suite 4500, 22000sqft of space in a penthouse suite on the 54th floor, the top floor, of the tower. Lisa Chadderdon of Fast Company said that the penthouse location was "unusual". For the first ten years after the construction of the JPMorgan Chase Tower, the penthouse location had been unleased.Hines REIT bought the building in 2007 naming Hines Interests Limited Partnership the property manager.
