It all began with a love story between two young French people, both passionate by food and American culture. Arsène, was a professional motocross rider, and Laury was a famous French culinary blogger. Gathered by their love for food and their ambition, they get married and started to build their future together with the amazing plan to open a business together. In 2013, they came for the first time in the United States and they both deeply fell in love with this wonderful and amazing country. Back in France, whereas they were eating French crêpes in a restaurant at the Eifel tower’s feet in Paris, they hit upon the amazing idea of bringing this traditional and delicious French speciality to the US and mixing it with the American flavors. From then on, opening a French crêpes food truck became their main goal! To achieve their dream, they decided to settle in the beautiful city of Tampa in Florida. Known to be listed on the top 20 of the best locations to join the mobile food industry, Tampa is also an amazing and peaceful city, only few minutes away from the ocean, which offer a lot of opportunities for the young and ambitious people. In 2014, Frenchies Touch was born and Laury and Arsène succeeded in establishing their concept in Tampa. Today, they are very proud and happy to offer a little piece of their beloved France to the citizens of Tampa by offering them one of the best French crêpes in Florida!
