Bone and Broth, Asheville’s neighborhood pub, picks up where King James Public House left off. It’s the result of Asheville restaurateurs who get it. They know we want a place where we can eat no-frills food, have a drink, and catch up with our friends, and that’s exactly what they deliver. West Asheville native Chef Jay Medford has built an affordable, delicious menu that features fresh cuts from the Chop Shop, the baked goods of City Bakery, and his own flair— bringing together the neighborhood for dinner. Together, with owner Kim Murray, the crew at Bone and Broth has created great, down-to-earth food and drinks without any of the fuss that just gets in the way of a meal you can sink your teeth into. Southern classics like mac and cheese combine with premium dry-aged steaks, bone-in specials, house-ground burgers and fries, and traditional English pub favorites like bangers and mash and fish and chips with mushy peas. Want well-priced, approachable food? Then check out the newest Asheville restaurant for dinner because the Bone and Broth is for you.
