Conceived with seasonality in mind the menu is focused on local, organic and sustainably sourced ingredients whenever possible. The culinary team's award winning creations are complimented by a farm-to-bar beverage program of artisan cocktails featuring small batch spirits, craft beer, and outstanding sustainable wines that come together to create an exciting dining experience. prasino, the Greek word for green, was inspired by a Mediterranean lifestyle which incorporates fresh, local and seasonal food, wines produced by family-owned vineyards, and artisan spirits enjoyed in a simple yet beautiful setting. The restaurants reflect modern interpretation of that lifestyle. We are proud to present our contemporary American menu in a refreshing, comfortable atmosphere that celebrates the love of great food, good conversation and community. Current locations in Chicago, La Grange, IL and St Charles, MO.

In its past life, Tuman’s was known as Tuman’s Tavern (aka The Alcohol Abuse Center), a Ukrainian Village dive bar with an eccentric décor and an eclectic clientele. The tavern received a much-needed facelift and was rechristened Tuman’s Tap & Grill in 2012. The sunny corner storefront now boasts booth and high-top seating with subtle nods to the tap’s dive-bar roots, from the original stained glass and wood on the back bar to the Alcohol Abuse Center signage as wall art. The seasonally rotating menu features signature selections such as Prince Edward Island mussels with Allagash White Ale and shallots, and custom-ground Slagel Family Farm burgers, including the gorgonzola burger with shallot port reduction and caramelized onions. The full-service bar features handcrafted cocktails, a well-chosen wine list, and 28 ever-changing draft lines with a focus on highly-rated local craft beers. Tuman’s Tap & Grill offers seasonal outdoor dining on a spacious dog-friendly sidewalk café (weather permitting). Indoors the bar boasts several HDTVs, arcade and video games, free wifi and a jukebox. The bar is open from 11 a.m.-midnight Sunday; 4 p.m.-midnight Monday; 4 p.m.-2 a.m. Tuesday-Thursday; noon-2 a.m. Friday; and 11 a.m.-3 a.m. Saturday. The kitchen is open until 11 p.m. daily. The full menu is available for carryout; please phone 773-782-1400 to place your order. Tuman’s accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Bangers & Lace is Wicker Park’s home for craft beer and sausage. A bar / restaurant with the feel of a Midwestern lodge, Bangers & Lace offers drinkers 32 draft beers from around the world, in addition to an extensive bottle selection. Why the name? “Bangers” is the British term for sausage, & “lace” stands for Brussels lace, the intricate veil of beer foam that clings to the side of the glass as it is consumed, indicating a well-crafted beer and a clean glass. Chicago's historical alternative/punk rock underground birthplace Phyllis' Musical Inn spawned Veruca Salt, catalyzed Wicker Park's 1990s creative class, and hosted My Morning Jacket's first Chicago show. An intimate outpost in a now-transformed landscape, Phyllis' Musical Inn provides alternative leisure to Wicker Park's gentrified classes, ubiquitous hipsters, and stubbornly entrenched artists, recording professionals, luthiers, musicians, and writers who feed on the area's persevering postindustrial vibe.
