Our mission is to forge a community built around the CrossFit methodology of fitness and nutrition, in order to bring the reality of elite levels of fitness to our members. At our facility we utilize only the tools necessary to build elite levels of fitness – barbells, kettlebells, pull-up bars, determination and sweat. After being involved with an Asian league as player, scorekeeper, referee, and league director for over 10 years, it was only logical to start up the Asian Ballers Network. Listed below are some of the reasons why teams are joining The Network: 1. League fee is $360 for an 8-game regular season with playoffs (1/2 of league qualifies for post season). That breaks down to only $40/player for a 9-player squad. 2. Games are spaced out every 50 minutes. This allows more warm up time. If games runs behind, teams are still allowed adequate time to warm up. 3. The ABN is lenient on jerseys/uniforms. Brand new jerseys are available for sale if players do not have them. 4. All team captains, along with email, can call or text the commissioner directly. During the season, the commissioner will be at the facility to supervise league activities and assist team captains. Therefore any questions or concerns can be address immediately on site. 5. Teams have the option to update rosters and make league payments within the first 2 games of the season (min $150 @ 1st game). More flexible payment options available via: mail, PayPal, or in person. 6. Teams are not required to play regular season double headers. 7. Game Analysis: Each team will have at least 2 pregame or post game analysis written about their team and published on the website during the season.

The 4th annual Brooklyn 15 Kilometer Run (The "B15") is returning this spring after three consecutive sell-out events. Prospect Park is one of the great running venues with a beautiful parkland setting in the heart of Brooklyn. The B15 is a 3-loop course of rolling hills with giant tree-lined roads closed to traffic. There is also a 10k run, 5k run and Kid’s 2k run to give a different distance for all category of runners and joggers. R&A Cycles is our host for the packet pickup located a short distance from the race location in Park Slope and two blocks from the Barclay Center at Atlantic Yards. For the destination runner, this gives a perfect opportunity to visit the best of what Brooklyn has to offer with great restaurants, pubs, hotels, and shopping.
