District Five is located in the far northeast quadrant of Denver. Its general boundaries are Montview Blvd to 56th Ave and Quebec St to Piccadilly Rd. However, in some parts of the District, the actual boundaries vary and can extend as far north as 72nd Avenue near Denver International Airport. The officers of District Five are responsible for public safety in the Stapleton, Conservatory Green, Montbello, Parkfield, Gateway and Green Valley Ranch neighborhoods. District Five is ethnically and economically diverse, experiencing an 80% population increase since 2000. District Five police officers serve over 60,000 residents. Also assigned to the District: 1 Commander, 3 Lieutenants, and 11 Sergeants.
